About us

I am a graduate of Warsaw’s University with a degree in International Relations and European Studies. I have finished MBA at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. After moving to Spain I have completed postgraduate studies in Madrid at an Economist and Jurist Innovative School, at the faculty of Real Estate Law.

For many years I was working in the best law offices in Marbella and then, as a real estate agent, I got to know the local market very well – now I have a deep knowledge of the products available on it and the existing investment opportunities. This is why I decided to create Top Properties Marbella. Years of studying and working in an international environment have developed my excellent knowledge of cultural differences and unique communication abilities. I speak four languages – Polish, Spanish, English and Russian. Strong motivation and patience combined with a can do positive attitude allow me to negotiate effectively on behalf of my clients.

I am a dynamic person who appreciates communication with people and I love my job.

In my personal life, I am passionate about the underwater world – I am a PADI diving instructor and a professional underwater videographer.

I am a sales enthusiast on a mission to create a friendly world for all. I combine my passion for travel with my work, helping clients in the European real estate markets. My collaboration with Eliza Wojnarowska and Top Properties Marbella allows me to effectively advise Polish clients on purchasing real estate in Spain’s Costa del Sol region.

I hold a real estate broker’s license in Poland (No. 26815) and am a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. I’ve completed numerous courses in real estate, finance, economics, and sales.

My experience across various market sectors provides me with comprehensive knowledge. I connect with clients not only professionally but also through shared passions, such as sports.

I co-founded the IP Properties Real Estate Agency in Warsaw, where I assist clients with transactions daily and actively raise market standards. I ensure that Top Properties Marbella’s clients have direct and quick contact in both Spain and Poland.

Personally, I’m a health enthusiast who actively engages in various sports, including running, strength training, kickboxing and snowboarding.

I am an sales assistant and I also take care of administration in TPM. I am a flexible and experienced Individual with excellent time management skills. People say I am a good communicator with interpersonal skills. I’ve used to work in a team whilst also being capable of using own initiative. Skilled in dealing with problems in a resourceful manner and negotiating to achieve beneficial agreement. Always enthusiastic to learn and undertake new challenges, especially in IT areas. I am a punctual and motivated and able to work in a busy environment to produce high standards of work.

During my personal career i was a personal assistant in PwC, administrator in Dalepak LTD and Clipper Logistics and business insurance assistant in Aviva. 

My friends and clients call me Tanya. At Top Properties Marbella I am a rental and cleaning coordinator. I studied at the Kazakh Higher School of Physical Education, Tourism and Services with a specialization in “organization of hotel and tourist centers service”. Since 2007 I have had the Administrator – Organizer qualifications, which helps me coordinate what Clients expect, and they want to stay in elegant, well-kept places without worrying about mundane matters.

I have been living in Spain for 10 years, thanks to which I got to know the country and the language and now I can definitely provide the highest quality service. I am a creative person, I find quick and easy solutions, which is key in the work of a coordinator.

I like decoration, art, painting, floristry, traveling and exploring the world.
