In the entrance hallway and utility area, you will find the washing machine and separate freezer, in addition to the refrigerator in the kitchen area (please note that there is no dishwasher). Completely equipped for the perfect holiday with friends and family, the whole year round, there is also plenty of space for storing golf clubs if you want to test out one of the many golf courses in the area. The apartment is set in beautifully maintained gardens and the communal pool is safely fenced. Parking is easily found on the street directly in front of the entrance to the apartment.
