    This lovely property is located on the fourth floor and is a spacious two bedroom apartment, located right in the heart of Estepona marina is close to shops, restaurants, bars and two blue flag beaches - Playa del Cristo and Playa la Rada. A car is definitively not required when staying here. It offers two air-conditioned twin bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC. There are two comfortable single beds in each bedroom and the beds in the second bedroom can be joined together to make a super king-size bed if required (please specify at the time of booking). The lounge area, with direct access to the balcony, has comfortable seating for four and an international television system offering channels in English, French, German and Dutch, plus Scandinavian languages. Please note that the lounge doesn't have air-conditioning, only the bedrooms. A high speed internet connection via fiber optic with Wifi is also available. You’ll also find a dining area with seating for four just next to the kitchen, which has a handy serving hatch. The balcony with its wonderful views over the harbour and the Mediterranean Sea, has a dining table and four comfortable chairs for alfresco dining or relaxing. The kitchen, which is just off the lounge has a fridge freezer, oven with four ring hob, toaster, kettle and ample pots and pans for a self-catering holiday. Within the urbanisation you have two swimming pools and parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. This is a great family apartment in a good location and ideal for a family holiday in Estepona, here on the Costa del Sol. Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing and agriculture, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
